Nataliya is a doctoral student in the Strategy unit at Harvard Business School with interest in international digital economy and entrepreneurship issues. Nataliya has assessed and advised on governance, cyber/technology, trade, and energy issues at the World Bank and the Council of Economic Advisors at the White House. She also has served as an advisor for startups and social enterprises in the U.S. and Europe. Nataliya completed her B.A. in Economics and Global Affairs at Yale University, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and she completed her MPhil in International Relations and Politics at the University of Cambridge as a Fox International Fellow in 2015.
